PLMITCH- My wife has a strong revulsion to peanuts and peanut butter. I used to eat it when I travelled for work if I stayed in a motel that had a breakfast room, but I don't travel for work or by myself anymore (thankfully) so I never eat it. When we went to baseball games we'd have to change seats every time someone near us started eating peanuts. My wife's reaction to even the smell is pretty intense. Your omelette sounds great.

Well it's Thursday gents, so as most of you know, it's omelet day for DW and I here at home. My egg white omelet had cheese, scallions, mushrooms, peppers, and avocado inside. Also an English muffin, bacon, and oven roasted potatoes! YUM!

SALMON SUNDAY! Since I had a 5K yesterday, we moved yummy smoked salmon to today. I had mine on a WW sandwich thin with cream cheese, tomato, avocado and onion, along with a medium apple.
