My morning meal is usually consumed over 2 to 3 hours (5am to 8am). Today I had a banana, about 4 halos (small orange/tangerines), a couple pieces of cranberry/nut biscotti, coffee, three slices of french toast with a little syrup - and lots of water.

V-8, blackberries, vanilla yogurt, and Kashi GoLean Crunch cereal mixed together, and a WW bagel thin with a smear of fresh ground almond butter. Just got it last Saturday. YUM!

Not sure when I had breakfast?? I got up due to my cold around 3 am and nursed myself back to bed after two hours and a muffin. Got up for good at 7 am and had a banana, orange and coffee.
