Thanks for the comment @PLMITCH. My standard breakfast, like today, is pretty good too:

Home made "sausage" from ground turkey, apple, spices and egg; scrambled egg (one) and grape tomatoes cut in half. All the above microwaved. Makes almost a tortilla, or an open omelet. Flavor with anything special - today a little curry powder.

I make the sausage once a week. Takes about 15 min.. Make up breakfast in about 5 min.

This was a treat.

Hard boiled an egg. Broke up with fork, added Dijon type mustard, salt and pepper, and some chopped fresh parsley. Put on thin slices of toasted, home made artisanal bread. Cappuccino (also home made). A very nice breakfast after delays for an early medical visit (all was well).

This is the same restaurant we've gone to on Sunday for years, but service and food quality are going downhill so we are likely going somewhere else next Sunday.
