V-8 and a wonderful Indian dish -- Sooji Upma! One of my fellow runners brought it to our Christmas Eve fun run and i just loved it! So he insisted I take home one of the containers he and his wife brought home with me. The primary ingredient is semolina, so it's kind of like an oatmeal of sorts, but I am a firm oatmeal hater, so this I like. It has lots of spicy ingredients in it and it is vegetarian. Warmed it up in the microwave and it is perfect for a cold day!
