V-8, blackberries mixed with Dannon Oikos vanilla yogurt and Kashi GoLean Crunch cereal, and a WW bagel thin with a smear of fresh ground almond butter. I need to check to see if the farm where I get my almond / peanut butter is open. I'm just about out. Not going back to store stuff if I can help it.

TUNA TUESDAY! Ok, this won't become a thing -- DW did not want breakfast, so opted for a tuna melt. Tomorrow I have a chiropractor appointment so I'll be picking up a breakfast hoagie afterwards. Also a medium apple and my daily V-8.

V-8, fresh frozen fruit medley (blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries) with some Dannon Oikos vanilla yogurt and Kashi GoLean Crunch cereal all mixed together, and a WW bagel thin with a smear of fresh ground almond butter on top. Finished the almond butter up so time to head out this week and pick up some more! I have to see if our local farm store is open. If not there is another store that carries it -- just a bit longer drive.
