I was all set to get a big breakfast when I got back to the hotel after my run but as I was walking back I managed to talk myself out of it and got a nice fruit bowl and an all fruit smoothie to eat while I was walking around the city.

A slice of custard soaked, thick cut, day old, bakery made sour dough bread was fried in a cast iron skilled and baked for 10 min at 400 degrees for a wonderful french toast experience. Served with lo-cal maple syrup, OJ and Coffee............. and a slice of fresh pineapple. YUM!!
