SALMON SATURDAY! 2.5 oz of smoked salmon on a WW bagel thin with a smear of whipped cream cheese, tomato, avocado, onion, 1/2 of a large fresh peach, and a couple donut holes DW brought home from an event at her office yesterday. I think she said they came from Sam's Club -- pretty tasty!

Uncle Sam cereal is my new favorite. One serving (3/4 cup) stirred into a cup of homemade goat milk yogurt is amazingly satisfying. Plus a pot of English breakfast tea and a bottle of Poland Spring lemon sparkling water.
