A banana when I went to my early AM workout at the Y, then my breakfast at home consisted of V-8, a tuna melt, and a medium apple. Used the last of the home grown tomatoes on my tuna melt this morning, so back to store bought tomatoes, which hardly ever taste as good.

Brunch at our favorite local winery -- omelet with onions, mushrooms, peppers and cheese on the inside, bacon, and a small croissant. Also a Bloody Mary which I could not finish due to some of the spiciest sauce I have ever had! Honestly gents, I was sweating it was so hot! And I like hot, but that was too much for me!
