WRITEMANN1, since breakfast is the most important meal of the day, the reason I created the topic was so that we could post what our menus are in an effort to maybe help others who struggle with this meal. Just an observation: I was looking back over the posts on this thread. Maybe we need a new thread on how to have a non-dull or repetitious breakfast? Face it guys, as breakfasts go, we're in a RUT.

Glad to see you either are not in the obits or if you are, you wrote your message from the great beyond!

For me, V-8, egg white omelet with cheese, mushrooms, scallions, and jalapenos on the inside, oven roasted potatoes (freshly made), bacon, and a MG Light English muffin.

After a one week hiatus (due to being Oklahoma last weekend), it is SALMON SATURDAY!! 2.6 oz of smoked salmon on a WW bagel thin with cream cheese, tomatoes, onions, and avocado, plus a medium apple and my daily V-8.
