SALMON SATURDAY! And with my favorite smoked salmon. It now only comes in 20 oz packages at Sams Club, so divided it up into four servings and used our Food Saver and vacuum sealed each serving.

Anyway, I had a 2.6 oz of smoked salmon on a WW bagel thin with a smear of whipped cream cheese, a sliced tomato and sliced onion. YUMMY! Also a medium peach.

A slice of raisin toast with peanut butter before my run and then scrambled eggs with dried radish and skim milk afterward. I usually don't eat before I run but I've been trying this out as I go for longer runs and it seems to help.
