I'm new here.... well sort of, It's been a long while since my last post here. I had got to the point of being on so many teams I just backed off of all except a couple I was leader for.
And as you know, most teams are mainly comprised of women, which mind you I do prefer the company of women but once in a while you need to have the company of testosterone laden men to keep your manhood in check.
i am currently recovering from a heart attack and a triple bypass that was done in April. I have a small ranch where I raise a few horses,Six actually. I have 5 dogs with which two we do agility with.
Looking forward to some manly conversation and getting a little help getting back on track
You have come to far to be controlled by a cookie!
Life is God's gift to you. What you chose to do with your life is your gift to God.
Three things I believe in and would die for:

What are you running from?
What are you running to?
What are you chasing?
What is chasing you?
"I can do all things if I just get off my but's and admit I'm in control of me!" SGM 1:1-5 The only real verse I need.
Never say you didn't have enough time: You have the same amount of time that was given to Helen Keller, Albert Einstein, William Shakespeare, Julius Caesar, Winston Churchill.

Welcome, EARLEJONES! There's lots of good info, support and humour on this Team. Check out some of the Discussion Threads to see what kinds of stuff gets talked about : )
Welcome aboard, you will not be disappointed with your experience here.
My beautiful daughter told me about Spark People. Here I am. My goals are fairly moderate, compared with some of your guys. I weigh 217 (this morning) and I'm headed for 195 by New Year's Eve. I live in a very nice retirement community where I try to hike three or four times a week. I celebrated my 80th birthday in April by walking to the top of "Windy Hill", a climb of about 1400 feet and six miles. And back! I am a widower. There's more about me in my profile data, if you want to be bored. Cheers!
