Well I love chinese food, but my husband won't even
look at it. Therefore, chinese restaurants are out.
He loves italian food. Anything with tomato sauce.
I bought a cookbook for tomato sauce only. It's shaped into a jar of tomato sauce and only has recipes in it to cook tomato sauce.
He loves pasta even better, so I try to get him to
eat whole wheat pasta. He is getting used to it.
I also had him join sparkpeople. He's lost 15 lbs
already. Men always lose fast.
But he still has a lot to go.
He is a very picky eater, but he loves junk food, and
My weekend challenge this weekend is that I am going
to a college graduation party.
I think I'll just brouse the table before I put anything in my mouth. I don't want to trigger an eating binge.
So far so good on the weight loss for me though.
I do try to exercise by walking everyother day, for
at least 3 or 4 miles.
