Progressed charts represent your evolving self. You can look for aspects to the ruler of your 5th house for questions about children (in both your natal and/or progressed and directed charts). Aspects from Jupiter would indicate the potential for conceiving and aspects from Saturn would indicate complications. I don't really do predictions and haven't looked at your chart but I think you are young and have plenty of time to work with your doctor on this. You can also look at transits and progressions and directions to your 5th house, progressed moon or transiting Jupiter in the 5th are indications of the possibility of pregnancy (maybe solar arc moon or Jupiter also). Also look at your solar return charts for a 5th house emphasis in the next few years which also might indicate the possibility of having kids.
Best regards and good luck, Q

Hi Everyone! I do natal charts and interpetations as a hobby, but never learned to do progressions. I'm wondering if someone would be willing to help me. I recently discovered that I am unable to ovulate. My doctor started me on hormones, but I am wondering if / when I will actually conceive. I apologize that this is not really SP related. Hope no one is offended. DOB: 7-25-79 Time: 10:10 AM Place: Houston, TX If you need any other info, please send a message! Thank you!
