Carol - it is great to find a neat place to walk in nature. There is a lot of dessert around where we live. It takes about an hour to get to the mountains where it is prettier.

We are getting ready for a yard sale next weekend. A lot of work and am taking a break. That should count for exercise emoticon

Found a nice place to walk on a paved track around water. Did not have time to walk all the way around, but did get in a nice jog/walk for about 15 minutes. I can't wait till the next nice day to go back and walk around the whole thing!

I work as a security officer at a factory 4 days a week and 2x a shift I have to walk 2 rounds. It takes about a half an hour or so to walk it, and there are a few stairs to climb. I have been trying to turn it in to more of a work out by jogging up the stairs, not cutting corners, walking slower and speeding up, etc. I also have this wand thing I carry that is made out of heavy metal that records check points I make. Last night I used that through out my round to do some arm exercises. I have nick named the factory the "gym" lol. It must have helped because I lost a pound this week!

I've been getting my exercise in 5x a week. Just haven't posted it. Will try to do better. I think I am coming down with something so may not get much in this week. Will try to get walks in anyway.

Did my virtual 5K with Judy. It was snowy and icy so worst time in months but finished it in 46:18. I still think I'll do it again on Wed for the posting on the 100 Days Challenge because it was not the time I was looking for but too slick to push much harder.

See you tomorrow!

I did my virtual 5K in 47:38...one of the worst times in recent memories but still did it. Tried to walk through the pain and kept my handy dandy walking stick with me at all times!!

Today took me 45 minutes just to do my coffee walk. Hurt my right knee and I think that's what has lead to re-inflamation of my IT band so I'm a bit gimpy for a couple of days. Sure is nice to have most of the snow gone although it's dirty and muddy and brown now!
