I enjoy cooking, baking, reading, spending time with my family and friends
Swimming, Gazelle and lunch time are my workouts
I try to do something every day
I enjoy "forcing" myself to go to the gym for my lunch hour
otherwise I find I don't leave my desk other than a bathroom break!
I keep crystal light in a 2 litre bottle in the fridge at work and one at home and come close to finishing both every day.
I gave up my sodas - I tried one this evening while we were out - yuk. it made my tummy sick
my weakness however is my morning coffee.... I could drink it all day long but am limiting myself to 1-2 cups per day. Its 3 tsp sugar per cup, but those are 10 oz cups as well.....
My hardest time, my weakness is, cutting carbs
I love breads and pasta....
I feel better when I workout
When I don't I feel sluggish
