I absolutely love my tracker! It motivates me to take extra steps whenever possible, to go up and down the stairs more often, or to get up from desk and move around. I would highly recommend the tracker. I left mine at home while we were on vacation for a week, and I really missed the feedback.

I just got my Activity Tracker the other day. I am finding it nice that it keeps track of steps and separates workouts from general everyday activity. Also, I was having difficulty keeping track of calories burned and this makes it easier since it does all the work for me. :)
