I have just read this about the Superbowl workout. That was an awesome idea. Did you do it?
Someone join me in doing the Sparkpeople Superbowl Workout during the game today. It will motivate me. I'm just starting to workout so I modified the exercises that are on there. For example on the workout when there is a Sack in the game, I am running around my house 10 times instead of whatever is on the list there. Here's the Superbowl Workout page:
