Booty ~ I know I'm a week late, but still wanted to cheer you on. I know it's tuff to work so hard and then step on the scales and they don't move in the right direction, or don't move at all. Try not to get discouraged. Our body's are all different, and sometimes it takes time to figure out what will work for us. I know I mentioned this on one of the teams I am on, not sure which one.... I have read that sometimes when we lower our calories and start exercising our bodies say, "WAIT A MINUTE, she is not giving me enough to eat", so our metabolism slows down to preserve fuel. Our bodies are a remarkable thing. It prepares for the famine. I eat at the lower end of my calorie limit most days, and several days a week eat in the middle of my calorie range. I also know that if I ate all the calories Spark People set for me, I would not lose. because I don't have a Thyroid. Just try different things and you will learn what it takes for you to lose weight.

GNG5222011 ~ I am excited for you, so when your exercising think of me and other Sparked Friends on the side line cheering you on. I really need to follow your example. Exercising is my main weakness. Keep setting the example, and please share your journey.
