Doing okay, I joined the site so that I could have a way to track my food. I've been low carb/ gluten free since being dx'd 6 months ago with diabetes, high blood pressure, gout... you name it. Actually the doctors have a name for it. Metabolic Syndrome. Love the tools here and I have started to see the ticker move down after being stuck for about a month.
What would you attempt, if you knew you could not fail?
I feel like I'm in a good routine with the gym, generally feeling a lot better, more mobile, etc. I'm hoping to get to a place where going to the gym is just as automatic as getting up and getting in the shower or brushing my teeth, maybe not quite at that point yet but close.
As for weight, just trying to remember that baby steps is still better than standing still.
