Down 6.6 from last week which sounds like a lot but since I had been kind of on a plateau for the past few weeks it really is just a net loss of about 5 pounds over the past month, which is still nothing to shake a stick at (is that a real saying?).

Up 1.6 from last week which sucks, but... I just gotta buckle down, I guess. I hurt my knee pretty badly and have been trying to stay off it the past few days which is tough because I hate not going to the gym, especially with my weight inching up. I just have to be patient and wait for it to get better so I can get back to normal.

No change at all, up or down, from last week, which is kind of a bummer but oh well. I'm gonna keep on trucking and see how it goes through next week, trying to be a bit more mindful about food since maybe having had so much success early on I've been a little relaxed lately.

I'm up 0.2 from last week which is kind of disappointing but considering how much I ate this week not really a surprise (surprised it wasn't worse tbh). But I'm gonna just put my head down and charge ahead, tennis season is starting!

Thanks Tina and well done breaking through your plateau they can be so frustrating especially when you've been working really hard and yet the scale gives you no recognition.

I'm down another 5 from last week which I'm pretty happy about. I've been good with the food and the gym but still surprised by my progress because although I've been working hard it really hasn't felt like the struggle and the suffering I expected.

Down 4.2 since last weigh-in! (2 wks ago) Which is a nice surprise considering one of those two weeks was spent lying on a beach drinking beer and pina coladas.

I was down 3 pounds this week - so happy to break through the plateau, but now to keep it off!

Down 3 pounds since my last weigh in which was almost a month ago. I was on vacation for about 10 days eating pretty much whatever I wanted and not exercising much so I'm ready just pretty happy to see any loss and be back on track.

I "lost" 7.8, it's getting a little confusing to keep track of (I was down 8 two weeks ago, then up 4 a week ago, now down almost 8 this week, which I think comes out to a total of almost-10 over the past three weeks). I guess cuz of my overall size these wild fluctuations aren't quite as wild as they would be on a smaller person. The main thing is it's going down.

My weight's been all over the place the last week or so - varying from 3 pounds below the previous weigh-in to 2 pounds over. The one I counted as my official weigh in - at the doctor's office Monday was down two pounds over my previous weigh-in, so I'm taking that as a good thing. The other weird thing, is that this time my scale agreed with the doctor's office, whereas last time I went to the doctor his was 4 pounds over. He decided that there was some mistake last time, as he didn't beleive that I gained 4 pounds in a week and then lost 8 in a month. So, long story short - I'm pretty sure I'm losing weight but the numbers themselves are confusing.

Up 4 pounds from my miraculous 8 pound loss, which is kind of a bummer but it's still a 4 pound net loss over the past two weeks (right?) and just as I know I didn't "lose" 8 pounds in a week I also didn't "gain" 4 pounds this week. So I'm just gonna keep on trucking.

The scale says I'm down 8 pounds since last week which I know is scientifically impossible (unless I'm getting up in the middle of the night and running marathons in my sleep). I'm thinking it's just a reversal of all the times in my life when I weighed myself expecting to see a loss an instead had a mysterious gain. I guess I'll find out next week.

When I started this, I was at 136. Then I somehow gained 4 pounds in a week and my doctor didn't believe me when I blamed it on our office Thanksgiving party. Now, I'm right at 135, so I'm finally showing a little progress :)

It's really up to you. Many people recommend weekly rather than daily, because weight can fluctuate for no apparent reason from day to day but it evens out over time. Some people weigh once a month. What will help you keep on track but not make you crazy?
