If I look at all three, I haven't been doing well, but if I look at one at a time it's much better. I started off with logging food, which seemed like a chore at first but I figured out how to copy whole meals from yesterday or last week or whenever so it's gotten pretty routine. Now I'm working on eating healthier and then I will get better with working out .
Try taking it one step at a time instead of making too many changes at once. For me logging in food was most important. Once you start seeing the calorie content of various items, the eating healthily should start to come more naturally.

I thought I was doing great, but I put back on the weight plus some over the past two days. That's what I am planning on NOT doing this time. It was Thanksgiving at work today and I definitely overdid it. Afterwards I went for the results of my physical. The doctor said I definitely have to diet and exercise. Not so much because of my weight (although he was startled I gained 4lbs since last week) but because of my cholesterol! I get a follow-up in a month and I plan to do a lot better.
