I go in phases. I just stepped on the scale for the first time in over a month. When I'm really trying, it's usually between 2 and several times a week. Seeing a jump up in numbers motivates me to get back on track quickly!

Some people weigh everyday to keep on top of things. Others weigh monthly to avoid the "scale drama" fluctuations. What's your opinion?
