Hi team, I hope this board is active. I haven't had much success to talk about. I started at 162 (I'm 5'3") and I go down to 160 and back up to 162. It's been this same pattern for a long time with me. I'm starting to realize I'm a carb junkie and will emotionally eat sometimes.
I'm trying to make gradual replacements of my favorite unhealthy foods. I'm still looking for the right low impact activity that will stick for me.
