I have not been online much for the past week, so here is my progress and plans currently.
10-12: Snacked on grapes instead of chips (already entered).
10-13: Snacked on grapes and apples. Put together cabinet on my own
10-14: Did Gold's Gym Cardio Workout for the Wii (14min) in addition to 15min during work.
10-16: Ate 1/2 a Subway salad at lunch instead of my normal Spicy Italian sandwich. (For first time in week was below 1800cal, in fact I was only around 1300cal just because of salad at lunch instead of what I normally get.)
10-17: Took apple to work for a snack (as a way to prevent higher calorie lunch).
Not doing any arm exercises, only leg/ab exercises (My arms are sore but I am not letting that stop me from exercising. I am still going to get in exercises while letting the sore portions rest versus my normal just rest everything when something is sore).
10-18: ***Big day planned of getting apartment in order (cleaning, reorganizing, moving furniture). This is a huge area of stress for me since boyfriend moved in. I have made list after list of things that need to get done to help reduce the stress of the event for me. I have even warned boyfriend of this, and that he will be helping. This is one big step in reducing my overall stress.
10-19: ***Taking cut up pineapple to have as dessert or a side dish (as well as possibly other fruits, or a salad) while at my family gathering for birthday celebrations. Thus, I will be providing myself with a healthy addition to what is probably going to be a high fat meal.
