My first days are going fine.
I set a goal of at most one soda per day, but have not had any for a week. Not drinking sodas is a big change for me.
I have been tracking my food daily. My calories are not where I want them, but I have still cut back a lot. I am following my goal of 1 serving of dinner instead of 2 or more.
I have added breakfast into my routine. My goal was 5 days a week (to allow for no breakfast over weekend), but I have managed to eat breakfast every day for the past week (I just started/joined a week ago).

Exercising is the most challenging of the goals I have set. I have a really low goal at the moment of 10minutes minimum for 5 days. I am really out of shape, and have a lot going on in my everyday life. I am currently finding a way to include 10-15min during my day at work.

Overall, I am keeping with most of my goals with my exercise goal being the most challenging for me. All of my goals currently allow wiggle room for mistakes or breaks while I am getting the habits set up.

Hi, fellow newbies. I am having good success at tracking my food and I know that will be key for me as it makes me be honest about what I'm eating, and how much of it I am eating. I believe I can eat whatever I want as long as I'm honest about quantity. The more I turn my back on denying myself what I want, the more I am able to walk towards eating only what I really want - which is to be healthy and active! No dieting for me. Just supporting myself in good health and happiness, one day at a time.
