If it were me, I would bring my journal...or make sure you track your food as best you can...that is a VERY important thing...if you know you have to track it...then your less likely to put it in your mouth!
If you don't want to eat over your range...then I would also suggest having water with you all the time...and be sipping on it...that can help hunger wise too...
