It's early today so I'm just on my first, yesterday was about 36oz - but I have a question...
What is your secret to getting in a minimum of 64oz of water??
I used to be able to drink my water with no problem, but since I cut back on the prepared foods and on sodium I'm just not as thirsty. I do usually get 32-40 ounces daily, but I used to be the girl who drank 100oz every day. I'd like to find a balance somewhere in between those numbers for now.
Any ideas would be welcome...
