SO.............I get the part of gaining muscle but how much bigger will my legs get?! emoticon I also have Gamma coming and will TRY that after Beta.

Granted, we won't look like bodybuilders but am very concerned my butt and legs will continue to grow. I am 5'1" and pear-shaped and hoping to slim down that pear! LOL I am hoping once I move into Beta, I will start seeing some type of results somewhere and start to slim a bit. Didn't get this body overnight so know it will take a while to see changes.

Keep the motivation coming...need it. emoticon Was in a funk yesterday and trying to snap out of it (Monday Blues..I guess). Did Total Body yesterday and today is AB's. I do have to modify a bit with a lot of the jumps left to right and some on the ones where u do the burpees but DO feel in these four weeks my endurance and my legs are stronger. Um, less jiggly. emoticon Next monday I start Beta....anyone out there about where I am?

I am restarting today and I'm sticking with it all the way. I have made it through alpha before. Yes you will gain muscle. Healthy diet is important or eating habits. emoticon

Hello all...well, week 4, day three of Alpha. No weight lost and gained .5 inches in my butt and legs. SIGH! I am not giving up............results have to come EVENTUALLY, right?! LOL I am trying to drink a lot of water and eat pretty healthy...my body is just stubborn I guess.

Anyone else going through the same thing? We can cry on each others shoulders. emoticon emoticon

Let's keep each other going...we can do this! emoticon

Congrats on starting the program! Don't be nervous! Shaun T breaks it down very well, and he is fun! Follow Tanja in the video for modifications at first week, to make sure your are doing the moves correctly and your form is right. When you feel comfortable enough, push yourself more! Good luck!

Hi Dionne! Congrats on starting T25 challenge! How is it going for you so far? My favorite workouts right now are Alpha Cardio and Ab intervals. I have to follow Tanja in other workouts, they tough, but I love it!!!
