Well, I ask because my chiropractor told me to cut out the high impact specifically, so naturally, I shelved the t25 since it was exacerbating my hip flexor pain. (Back is pretty messed up) I haven't been able to duplicate the success or enjoyment of t25 with anything else, so I've decided to give it a try with modifiers and see if the pain stays away. I'll keep updates posted. :-)

Hi! I don't know how bad is your back, but my sister completed T25 while she was recieving treatment for her back, because she has serious issues with her spine in lower back region. She lost 15 pounds! And as her back got stronger with the exercise, 💪 she is now doing P90x3 with me!!!!
Again, I'm not a doctor, but I believe any exercise is better then no exercise. And low impact modification doesn't mean low intensity. You can still get the sweat going as long as you willing to push yourself. In your case, it's all about form too.
Does it help at all? Please, keep me posted

I've had some back issues come to light and regained some hard lost pounds. I quit T-25 because I was told no high impact, but I'm going to try modifying to use it again. I love this workout like chocolate. Anybody have success with modifiers only?

In this discussion I would like to discuss the pitfalls you might find in your fitness and health journey. For example, are you satisfied with your fitness results? Do you have a workout schedule planned? Do you find it easy or difficult to stay consistent with your workout schedule? Does your family and friends support you in your fitness journey? Feel free to post and comment anything you think stopping you from pursuing your fitness/weightloss goals emoticon
