Hi,

Fall for Greenville starts Friday. I know it's a celebration of food (with over 40 restaurants having booths - yum!) and we are all trying to eat healthy. However, I plan to start with walking the entire event (even though there is a map available online) so I can see what all the booths are selling before selecting anything to eat. That way I get my exercise before enjoying the yummy stuff. And, of course, making mindful selections. And I can even get a yummy sweet - The Chocolate Moose will have mini cupcakes.

If you feel Fall for Greenville is too dangerous and like vintage - you may want to check out The Vintage Market at the Park from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday. This is in Greer and here's the link for the article in The Greenville News. www.greenvilleonline.com/article/201

Hope you all have a great week-end. It's Fall break at Furman so I don't have to do any homework this weekend. WooHoo.
