We just got back from Disney and I didn't gain one pound woohoo! We have a kitchen in our suite so we go to Walmart ASAP and get the weeks worth of groceries. That way we start with a healthy breakfast and don't snack at the park or become famished before we get around to eating. After swimming there are healthy snacks waiting for us. As an aside, even if we throw away some food, it is still cheaper and healthier than the stuff we couldn't have had delivered or if we went out to eat!
Exercise first thing in the morning before you get distracted. Pack and keep healthy foods with you so you don't get caught overly hungry and make a poor choice. Try not to take the view that because you are traveling or on vacation that you can dismiss all the good habits you've gotten into. Healthy eating and exercise has to be viewed as a lifestyle.
