I can't say I'd want to be any younger or older than I presently am. It took me 41 years to get where I am today and there's way too much I wouldn't want to experience over again.

I do have to say, I wish I knew some of the things I know now that I didn't back in a day but one of the things that I've learned is with age comes knowledge and experience.

I think right now is great. I'm 59. I could enjoy staying here -- partly retired so lots more free time, living where I want to live, debts paid off, kids mostly grown and doing well, still able to do what I enjoy as far as sports, motorcycle riding, gardening.

I do it by myself, however I have videos that keep me motivated because I can't do it without guidance. So, I guess, it's a little of both since I need the ambition to push play each day but I have no desire to go into a gym.

I would have to say not one but several animals....cat because you are soft and cuddly, A dog because you can be taught to do lots of tricks and like Marsha said...they are loving and faithful companions. A horse because you could wonder around the pasture all day and have someone take you for rides in the country. emoticon

I set some goals and picked rewards for when I meet them.

1st was Just Dance 4, then a geocaching app. Next reward is for a 1 year membership to geocaching.com

By getting me to move it move it!

I was too out of shape to do anything, but when I ran across "just 10 minutes", my life changed. I'm 50 lbs lighter, and I love to move!

Finding out some food I thought was OK is a calorie or sodium disaster. And finding some food I like is better than I thought.

The chair exercises too. A compressed vertebra L5-S1 = cant do a lot of standard exercises.

It has helped me to integrate healthy behaviors into my life. I have noticed that the things that I have slowly added like drinking water, are now a daily habit that I do naturally.
