I am just glad to still be so active w/ the spine and neck condition I have ....(ankylosing spondylitis) .... I was told in my mid twenties I would be wheel-chair bound by my 40's ....... (many people w/ the awful condtion are and living w/ much pain) .......My spine completely fused itself in one column years ago)........ I stay moving every day as it alleviates much of the stiffness that goes with it.............. and noticed a breakthrough lately w/ weight!

I'm looking forward to not getting winded when climbing a couple flights of stairs. It has improved, but I still get out of breath a bit. I'm also looking forward to improved self-esteem and confidence... of which, right now, I have zip.
