Gosh, that's a hard question to answer because I have many. I love to eat nuts but I also love bing cherries or apple halves with natural peanut butter on them. I also like to eat peanut butter fudge protein bars. Found the recipe on SparkRecipes.com. Except that I substitute half of the protein powder with ground flax seeds.

My favorite of all is air-popped popcorn, w/ spray butter (no cals) and sprinkled w/ Parmesan-romano cheese, and add chili-con-limeon to it ........ (quite warm but very zesty and tangy!) .............. I have about every other evening ...........
