Today I haven't done any yet.
Yesterday I did my yoga before work. I took Ike out for a fast walk through the woods and then a game of chase. I went to the gym for my ST session. When I got home I took Ike out again for a short run. I considered squatting my dog but I didn't. He seemed to have rolled in something dead and just smelt too bad for me to have him that close to my nose.

Went for a long walk yesterday and today, over 3 miles each.

I'm 5'8" and determined to make a change now. Ten minutes of fitness daily. Too many times I've fallen off the wagon, time to make long lasting positive habits stick. Can I do it?!

I went to a toning class. I'm so glad they had class. Only 2 students showed up and the minimum is 3. So they did 1/2 hour class. It kicked my butt!

Walk, circuits, bike, ST, yoga... plus general stretching, got out for two short runs on my way to the post office and back.
