Started the day with 30 minutes yoga and 30 minute walk with the dog... then went to the gym, nearly 7 miles on the treadmill, 15 minutes on the bike, and weights, then walked to lunch and then home, then walked the dog for 92 minutes, before starting my home workouts.

I went to a toning class. I'm so glad they had class. Only 2 students showed up and the minimum is 3. So they did 1/2 hour class. It kicked my butt!
