15 mins of stretching. Will haul some wood up for fire from basement tonight. I do not think it will break 30 today so no walking. Supposed to rain tomorrow. Bummer, after walking two days last week I really want to start back up!

Hi there BIGPOPPAPUFF, I thought I would check in with everyone It looks like you are the only one that checks in here.
I've been a member for about 5 days now, so I'm still pretty green.It sounds like you do quite the job on your fitness program. emoticon Good Job. It would be nice to work up to someting like that. today was my second day of chair exercises.

WOW! BigPoppaPuff, you sure are a dedicated exerciser! This old lady just did a mile of steady walking on a rain-threatening day. Dodged a few sprinkles, but made a start on my steps for the day. Looking forward to a night of dancing to a good band from 7 til 9. Shouild be lots of fun!

I jogged for 30 minutes at 6.3 mph on the treadmill. Tomorrow is another cardio day. Not sure what I should do.
