Just checking in . This week has been a whirlwind of activity. Lost a few more pounds, wow! Doing good on water and sleep schedule improving. A little more walking, but icy out and nasty with storm today. Maybe I can dust off the treadmill? good chore for today, lol, besides trying to remedy a pan I just burned food in, have to rethink my meal.... will try to get on daily. I meant to when I started......just been busier than I thought and tired at night so I got distracted once I was online .... will try to be more mindful. Have stocked plenty of protein for the month. emoticon

Been sick off and on all week so have not been keeping up on my fitness and tracking, I know I haven't been eating enough to be anywhere near my calorie intake and no energy to excerise so hopefully this does not set me back. A bit more energy today but very light headed and no appetite...hoping to feel better in a day or so emoticon emoticon
