Been sick off and on all week so have not been keeping up on my fitness and tracking, I know I haven't been eating enough to be anywhere near my calorie intake and no energy to excerise so hopefully this does not set me back. A bit more energy today but very light headed and no appetite...hoping to feel better in a day or so emoticon emoticon

........and a pilates dvd here at home....

had my first physical therapy session for my shoulder.....back to him on friday....

Haven't been able to exercise much the past week or so. Did something to the heel of my right foot. Trying to rest it. Not sure if I have a stress fracture or not. Been steadily loosing weight though mostly with good diet and stopping the birth control made it much easier to keep my calories in check.
