hi, poppa, finally got on my progress and recap site for the Chantix, today makes me clean from cigarettes 80 days, l0 more days on the medication, and I am on my own, no urges what so ever, problem my husband, just keeps lighting up and he had already 5 surgeries on his legs for P.A.D. won't give it up and doesn't even want to try, he is a viet nam vet suffers from ptsd, had to cancel two doctor appt's in the last 2 weeks cause he doesn't want to go, he is 68 years old, retired and doesn't want to do a damn thing, 2 more weeks it should be warmed up and I will be in the gym, taking the bus and in march back to school to become again a home health aide, can't wait to start a life

a lil pissed off I can't log into with my daily recap check in with my Chantix, have it one of my favorites go to everyday, and it just keeps spinning around and won't let me log in, yesterdays log in said I had l4 more days of my 90 days, that you suppose to be on the medication, feel good, but upset can't log in and read material, hopefully tomorrow I will be able to log in, they let you use the site for guidance for l year, I do not want to lose that, another day smoke free, I feel I have to be accountable some where, thanks for listening emoticon

Good morning everyone, feeling very optimistic, I have only 14 more days on the Chantix and I will be smoke free for 3 months, can't believe it, almost lit up 2 days ago, so March 8, I will be smoke free 90 days. Anyway, I feel much better to day, unfortunately I finished the left over Chinese, cldn't throw it out, can't freeze Chinese I don't think. But I am ready, so willing to get back on track. Checked my scale, eating those carbs and mindless eating the scale says 209, gained, I am just gonna have to work harder

good morning, feel like crap, last night I ate out of emotional eating, was feeling down and lonely since my sister passed away 4 mths ago, my only family member I had, except for my husband, ate Chinese - the worst - a lot of carbs, then almost smoked a cigarette, which I quit on xmas day, so I am beating myself up today, I just have to turn it over to God, and be more determined to lose the weight, I will go slow, so today I will drink a lot of water, to detox my body and do my weights.

good afternoon everyone, freezing here 20 degrees ny, just thinking l3 more days till March, hope it comes in like a lamb, can't wake till it warms up some, so at least I can start walking around the blocks

first week of Focus T25 was awesome, results down 6 pounds and 5 inches !!! Super excited and motivated !!

restricted driving because of our weather, so...no gym today.....did do a 25 minute pilates dvd and will do 15 minutes of stretching...
