I'm just not doing well. It seems like the vacation and then having company I just fell into bad habits and believe me, it is so much harder to get back on and stay on plan than it was just to start it. My weight loss just slowed so much and then last week I GAINED a pound. I know I should be able to look at the progress I've made this summer and be happy and motivated but that POUND is so HUGE! Why can't I put it in perspective? Weigh-in again tomorrow night and I am expecting another gain.

I just need to get back on track!!! I felt so much better when I was following the plan, no matter how hard it was to avoid wheat, dairy, corn and especially my coffee!! I am starting over tomorrow Monday the 16th!

I need to get to goal this month!! There is not any reason that I can't. Company has gone back home and I just need to buckle down and do it. We had a real foodie week but I only gained 2 lbs; I guess my metabolism is resetting - a year ago I would have gained 5 - 7 lbs on the week we had. I think I am about 5 lbs from goal but my scale and the one at TOPS are different, also I weigh at night at TOPS. Still, I can do this and September is my month!

I've been AWOL for the past month. I'm having a full medical work up to see if we can come to the bottom of my pain/fatigue issues. For that reason I'm not up for a streak. Hopefully I can join in soon though! So my Sept. goal right now is to figure out the medical and then based on what is found (or not found) to make goals based on those.
