I find that I am having to use some of what I have. The foods that are not perishables I can leave off the list until I get done but we have tried to not buy any items that are not on the list. I created a word document where I listed every item on the list from the book and also put it on a excel format so I can sort it. This makes it easy as we can carry the list with us when we do the weekly shopping trips. We have a store that is close to us that sells natural foods but the prices are out of our range to buy every thing from them. That is the only place we have found the sprouted grain bread etc. We have compared the prices with the other stores that we shop at and get it at the cheapest place. We only have 242 to spend a month on foods so it is difficult to get a lot of foods when we run out of money for foods we have to use what we have on hand.
