When I started eating right, I had the same problem. I even went to the doctor to make sure I wasn't pre-menie, and I wasn't. I chalk it up to metabolism also, or something good going on - even if I am not sure what, and try not to "sweat it" ha.

@ GOPINTOS Thanks for your feedback. I am back on track today as I had planned. I did notice after I ate the meal that I was much warmer sleeping last night and woke up sweating a few times. Maybe my metabolism was kicked into high gear or I am starting premenopause...LOL!

I am in week 3 Phase 2 of the Fast Metabolism Diet. So far my weight loss has fluctuated between 6-9 pounds. I would like to lose about 15 pounds but am more focused on how my clothes are fitting versus weight loss. Here is the problem: Last night (first day of Phase 2) we went to an expensive restaurant and there was not much on the menu that fit in with phase 2. So I ended up ordering seared tuna served with green beans and cooked spinach. I also had a spinach and cucumber salad. Not sure if the seared tuna was a suitable choice. I know tuna packed in water is acceptable for this phase but not sure about seared tuna. What should I do?
