I know for me, I found the following statement to be true "Double and triple portions are just way too much food and because youre trying to eat all your required items, not enough veggies are making it into your menus."
Luckily I asked the question early on and someone from her camp was very helpful to recommend a cap. So I already pretty much stick to 1.5 - 2 serving sizes for the amount of weight I want to lose, even though the initial formula would have been for more (since there was not a cap)
The extra info on the fat phase was very helpful also.
