You're certainly welcome. I don't know if there's any way to post the links -- I think they will have to be sent as an attachment to a regular email.

Has anybody had any luck getting the shopping list spreadsheet? I see that was posted almost 2 years ago, so maybe those people aren't around anymore. I'd really like to have that one though!

Hi,
I made a spreadsheet showing all the different foods allowed on each phase. I also made a separate one to show the food plans for all three phases (adjusted for having 40+ lbs to lose). If anybody wants a copy, just let me know.

So far, I'm loving this diet. My DH & I did The Burn - H plan first, and now we're starting Week 3 on the FMD. I'm down 10 lbs, after not being able to lose for a long time. So far, so good. We're hoping to keep repeating it until we get to our goal weights.

Can I get a copy of the spreadsheet grocery list? My husband and I are starting this diet on Monday and would love to have some help getting that all important grocery list together.

Has anyone gotten this grocery list spreadsheet?

I am new to the team and have not read the book yet and cannot get the app. I have an android phone so, at this time it is not available.

I do all my grocery shopping the first part of each month 30 mile away from home, except for a few items I buy locally.

I have created a grocery list spreadsheet that lists all of the recipes for each of the three phases and they are filtered so you can just check the recipes you want to shop for that week and you will have a list of all the ingredients needed on one sheet that you can print out as your grocery list. If you would like a copy of this, please let me know your e-mail and I'll e-mail it to you. Thanks!
