Hi, I made a spreadsheet showing all the different foods allowed on each phase. I also made a separate one to show the food plans for all three phases (adjusted for having 40+ lbs to lose). If anybody wants a copy, just let me know.
So far, I'm loving this diet. My DH & I did The Burn - H plan first, and now we're starting Week 3 on the FMD. I'm down 10 lbs, after not being able to lose for a long time. So far, so good. We're hoping to keep repeating it until we get to our goal weights.
I have created a grocery list spreadsheet that lists all of the recipes for each of the three phases and they are filtered so you can just check the recipes you want to shop for that week and you will have a list of all the ingredients needed on one sheet that you can print out as your grocery list.
