Has anyone gotten this grocery list spreadsheet?

I am new to the team and have not read the book yet and cannot get the app. I have an android phone so, at this time it is not available.

I do all my grocery shopping the first part of each month 30 mile away from home, except for a few items I buy locally.

I have created a grocery list spreadsheet that lists all of the recipes for each of the three phases and they are filtered so you can just check the recipes you want to shop for that week and you will have a list of all the ingredients needed on one sheet that you can print out as your grocery list. If you would like a copy of this, please let me know your e-mail and I'll e-mail it to you. Thanks!
