Ok, on your intro, I see 20lbs is your goal. So just one serving. Make sure you fill in the voids will all the veggies your little heart desires.
If you are still eating things like wheats and sugars, your body is probably just relishing in all the good wholesome foods, and is like, what the heck is this stuff, I want more??!!!
It is my understanding (I think most of this I got from Perfect Health book) - on a junk food diet, or less than optimal nutrition even if not totally junk food, the body craves nourishment, and your brain will keep sending you back for more food until the body has been nourished. Real food nourishes and satisfies.
So then at some point, you will have the nourishment you need, and the vitamins your body has been needing and craving and asking you for, and things will level out.
That is my understanding, but I dont know that I have seen that addressed in Haylie's book, though I read it pretty fast the first time, and now I am going back trying to absorb more.
