Hello team. How are you all doing?
Well, that's been 4 weeks since I started my healthy eating plan. Weighed in tonight and another 2lbs off, making 12.5lbs in 4 weeks. I'm really pleased with that, but just a tiny bit disappointed that I didn't manage my first stone (14lbs) in my first month. Next week, though - for definite.
Sometimes I find it really easy and other times it is really hard going. Just thought I'd check in and see if you all want to share your progress for your first month. Hope you're all doing well.
