That's awesome! I know what you mean... it's easy to let the calories sneak up on you when you don't track them. I don't think I would have made as much progress with out my phone app to log in my daily calories. I really want to reach that 125 goal myself, but I have realized it may take a bit longer... that's okay, slow and steady wins the race! :) emoticon

That is great! I'm so happy for you. My weight has been pretty stable these last couple of years despite the fact that I want to reach 125 lbs eventually. I do track online and that is why my weight has not gone up again but I do need to be more careful as to my food intake. My exercising is going great.

I don't post a lot to the team forums, but decided to poke around today and see how everyone is doing... I don't see any recent posts, and thought I'd 'check in', and see how the Class of July 7-13, 2013 is doing? I've lost 38.8 lbs so far, with another 20 to go! It's been a long road, but trying to stay motivated to finish this out, and get to the maintaining part, lol! :)
