I do know something about the two or three weeks stint also. In the past, it was usually the time when I would stop also. However, when I joined Spark People (over 4 years ago) and I saw all the tools and the success stories online, I have not been able to stop! Sure, I've had periods when I would not log in my food or exercise as much, but the simple fact that I had teams that I was leading, brought me back. Keep on posting! Join other teams that will make you accountable.
