I did...I always do. Both are components of what I know success looks like. However, it continues to be hard. There is nothing easy about the ability to stay on track with exercise and eating the right foods. And I gained 1.4 pounds....I will stay the course.

Yes, I've been *religiously* tracking fitness and nutrition-- even when the "nutrition" items are a little embarrassing... as in yesterday! This tracking has helped me SO much, especially with some much-needed reality checks. On the other hand, sometimes when I fear I've totally blown it, the damage isn't as bad as I thought it would be. That has helped me to stay the course!
Been doing my tracker... today not so good. A friend came to help me pack and bless her heart brought almond M&M's which I ended up having some of so making it up the rest of the day, been pouring rain so just got in a little walking with the walker between raindrops when able.... not great... looking toward a better tommorrow
