Worked out for 45 minutes with my trainer. Loved it. Sometimes it is hard to get there. But once there, I love the fact that I am taking the steps necessary to live a healthy life. She is a great trainer who understands what I need to do to get stronger and lose weight.

Trudged up our *steep* canyon and jogged at intervals the whole way down! 1.24 miles/22 min. emoticon (When I started SP, this path took me 35 min!)

Still been nice first thing in the morning so been able to get in my swimming YAY!!!!!!! 90 min this morning then some water jogging while holding onto the side of the pool.

Exercise class-high intensity one minute on and 10 seconds off-Exhausting but felt really good afterwards. I figure if I don't pass out on the floor and can get up the stairs to my car, it is a good workout. emoticon Today was especially great because I was the only person who showed up-personal attention I guess!

Hi, Everyone!
I used to count my steps, it got me quite frustrated through many years to do so...my expectations were unrealistic. I think it was each 80,000 steps that one pound was supposed to be lost, but there is not enough time in a day to do these steps...so I used to give up...and binge. So far, I have increased my movements...and Today I am happy to report that I have done 35 minutes of exercise. It is not much, but I can't do more, or so I feel...
I will weigh in once a month, I have decided. So no more news from my weight till August 1st.

I bought a pedometer this week. I've got almost 5000 steps. One more good walk today should put up to 10,000 steps today.
