I am so proud of myself! 4 lbs down in 2 weeks! I've eaten within my cal range more often than not and got back to exercising. emoticon

Whew let's keep these threads active shall we?! It's that time of month for me ya know...I'm feeling tired and less motivated than I have so far. I'm sure that's going to make this week rough. I just need to remember how much effort I've put in so far and that NOTHING is worth giving up or quitting. Keep on sparkin!

I'm with you on updating teams. I' m not joining the next 5% challenge. Have done three and not done well. I need the freedom not to have to check in daily if I'm worn out and in need of sleep more than Sparking, and I'm doing better with small achievable short term goals.

Last week's challenge was a long girls' day out. Did well on that and bad the day after. This week, it's the holiday and dinner at my Mom's the night before. Always high carb, high cal. I'll plan to eat light that day and do the best I can.

The Bach is one of my summer goals before I go back to work in August. Day 3 Restart is going really well. Was motivated to do two short SP videos to add to my fitness minutes. I know those things make a difference, and they're so much easier and less time consuming than going to a class, not to mention FREE!
