I'm with you on updating teams. I' m not joining the next 5% challenge. Have done three and not done well. I need the freedom not to have to check in daily if I'm worn out and in need of sleep more than Sparking, and I'm doing better with small achievable short term goals.
Last week's challenge was a long girls' day out. Did well on that and bad the day after. This week, it's the holiday and dinner at my Mom's the night before. Always high carb, high cal. I'll plan to eat light that day and do the best I can.
