Okay team members and any of your friends that might like to join us. Here is where we will post (your choice) daily, weekly, bi-weekly steps.

At the end of the challenge we will total up our steps and then convert it to miles to see how far we have traveled. Every step counts, so clip on your pedometer and let it do the work for you, go throughout your day and daily routine and see for yourself just how much walking you actually do daily (I think you'll be very surprised).

*be creative, some of you might want for fun to check out virtual walks and walk to a location you have always wanted to visit, make a map to track your success, make it fun and not a chore.

I am so excited for us. We are going to be so ready for that first day of Summer (June 21st) , and we will be doing some celebrating, no doubt about it.
