This is nearing the end of week 3 for me, and I was physically unable to do any of the challenges, but I have returned to the gym where I do physical therapy and feel really good about doing that. emoticon

Yesterday was the end of week 2 for me. I have no problem doing cardio. Strength training is still a problem, and I think I did one day last week. Maybe Week 3 will be better.

This is week 2 for me. Week 1 went well especially with exercising. I'm looking to continue that streak. I need to increase my water intake daily as well. Here's wishing everyone a great week 2!

Week 2 is a new week - don't let you're feelings about week 1 poorly affect week 2. You mentioned all the things you considered bad from last week - do something - write down all the GOOD things from last week and focus on those.

I am on week 2, I did not do so well on week one, my workouts were not as good as I wanted them to be and I had one too many cheat meals, I am determined to do better this week. Good luck team, emoticon

I finally got my goals set down on paper and my 60 day plan - a week later than some but I will still do it. Plan to get it to a blog shortly.

This is my week 2 / week 1. I did very well last week with incorporating more veggies. Now, it's time to pump up the exercise. Spring break is over and distractions (for the most part) are out of the way!!!! Let's do this!!!
