I was working out with online videos. Spark People has some great ones. I also run in place whilst watching TV. But my favorite thing to do it go to the gym

Living the life of the fit & healthy person I want to become.

wow joe I give you credit as all you folks operating in the snow! I am always cold; so even when its just cold (let alone snow!) its uncomfortable. Just to walk I bundle up; and so get lazy to do just that! Been working out with free weights at home lately and have bands that I use as well! I have a light kettle bell that I use (should get a heavier one sometime!) but for now thats it! Getting my steps in can be a challenge; I aim for 10,000 but have been hovering between 8500+
Doing the Tracey Anderson Metamorphosis videos for my arms too....
Also; pushing away from the table! emoticon

Stay the course!!

My weather isn't as frightful as yours, but I do go snowshoeing in the mountains where I hike in the summer. And at work, I walk around and around the lunch room to get my steps in.

It is 19F here on the mountain and snow is on the road and driveway. A bit daunting, but once again it is so nice to be retired. I got some fitbit steps toward my goal by shoveling and walking the road to my shortest stop sign and back. Cold toes but two miles + toward my daily goal.6800 steps!
