Agreed, it looked good and I took much of it on the advice of someone at my gym... Sorry folks....

Perhaps this wasn't an appropriate sticky for this forum anyway. Although there were some interesting topics, the ultimate message isn't what F2F is about.

Looks like they've pulled the video due to copyright issues.

I've seen this movie, and I found it inspiring. I especially love the part about eating organic not because it's healthy but because of the FLAVOR. When I weaned my tastebuds off of the junk food, I actually preferred the fresh stuff because it tasted so much more lively and delicious. But then I got addicted to cakes again and my tastebuds re-adjusted to prefer the dead stuff.

Thanks so much for posting this. Looking forward to watching it.

I had heard about it a while back but had never heard when it was in theatres or on tv.

Exactly, I guess the best term for this is ''eat the fish, spit out the bones''. The facts are pretty interesting...just pass over any ''selling''

I was given a link to this by one of the trainers at my gym... totally fantastic and a must see if you really want to understand what drives food addiction. I am going to post this as a sticky topic so our members can find it easily... this is a really good free resource to educate yourself.

NOTE- There is alot of reference to juicing and stuff like that, that part is subject to opinion but the parts about the concepts of food addiction and the use of salt, sugar and fat are really good.
