I lowered my goal because I didn't set it up right and by staying in range was making me gain weight. So at my lowered range I am in my calorie range.

emoticon I had a bit of a stumble yesterday. I went over my calorie max by about 500. I was very munchy last night and had a lapse in control. I think it's because I'd been so active and my body wanted something like vegetables but my mind wanted sweets. emoticon I have to work on that.

Didn't get anywhere close to my minimum calories. It is really hard eating enough healthy foods to met the lowest calories I am suppose to be eating.
