Exercising alone can get boring for some of us and we may lose our motivation and joining a gym is not for everyone, especially the fees.
Did you know that many communities and senior centers offer group exercise for low or no fees.
My town's recreation department offers daytime and evening group classes in yoga, pilates, cardio, etc. at reasonable fees. They are held in the school gymnasium. Non-residents are invited to join also.
Or just do an online search for free or low fee fitness in your area. You may be surprised at what you find
