It can only get better with time dearie, getting the required servings of freggies on a daily basis can be tasking atimes. But one thing I believe is that when your system adapts to it, it will be a basic factor that pushes you on.

For me now if I don't take the required serving for my body in a day, it means no bathroom for two days (sorry TMI) and the result of that is body heaviness and constipation.

We shall get there, let's keep on.

After 2 years on SP, I find myself still slipping into old habits. That includes not eating enough veggies or fruit. Now I'm getting back on track again and yesterday I reached the 7 veggies and 2 fruit mark. Today (at 10:25am) I have two fruit eaten and vegetables prepared for lunch and planned for dinner. Keep on trying, I guess, is the only way to reach the goals.

Mandarin orange on my cereal for breakfast and a banana. For lunch, a lettuce salad with carrots and radishes topped with raspberries, black raspberries, mandarin orange, and strawberries.

As I am chomping on my celery, I'd say yes (pineapple, blueberries, mangoes, celery, tomatoes, kale) this was for Sun., not Mon.

Before I joined SparkPeople, I ate very few fruits and veggies. The change in diet has been a big part in my 70 pound weight loss over the last two years. Today I had a banana, 3 mandarin oranges, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, and a fresh lettuce and spinach salad to put the fruits on.
