"An apple a day keeps the doctors away" but for me, it is "an orange a day keeps the doctors away". I already took my morning pill of an orange today and there are going to be bananas coming in soon. I am sure to get my daily portions of freggies today.
Work while it is still day, night is coming when no man can work again.

I have been really, really bad in this. Not out of choice but because I recently had surgery and have very little appetite. I have been eating melons but I need to start working on more variety and adding veggies back in.

This week, add one additional fruit or vegetable to your daily diet
Many of us have more success by adding something new and healthy instead of taking something unhealthy away.
Add it to a meal, add it to a snack, make it a snack, put it in a salad, put it in your pasta, put it in your cereal, put it on your sandwich. Put 7 pieces of fruit in a bowl in full view on your kitchen counter and grab just one a day for the next 7 days. Or put them in a little cooler bag and carry it in your car....eat a piece everyday on you way to or from work.
