Good idea, I am going to print and put on my refrigerator to remind me.

I love the food chart. Thanks for sharing. I ran out of printer ink so saved it to my computer. I am going to get more ink then I will copy them off so I can have them to plan meals.
I have "The Spark", "SparkPeople Cookbook" and "Spark Solutions"
I set my ticker to my highest weight of 210 lbs because it gets upset and doesn't want to save when I gain weight instead of lose.
on Dec 30, 2012 I joined SparkPeople and weighed 195.8
