I'm just about out of clothesthat fit properly. When I lose another 5 lbs I will have to go get some more clothes because most of mine are too baggy, loose and droopy. I'm going shopping at second hand clothing stores so I can buy them as I continue going down in sizes.

I think it is so easy to fall off the wagon because the old way is so comfortable and familiar for us. Our old ways are so much easier. Change is hard work.....it's challenging!! In addition to our everyday lives: work, family, shopping, finances, cooking, keeping house, school, care giving etc. we now have added this huge huge task of changing our lifestyle. When something has to give it is easier to let ourselves go because we can't let the other responsibilities in our life go. Or so we think. We can;t quit our jobs to make time for daily exercise. We have to help the kids with their homework so we don't have time to plan our meals. Can't ignore the dirty laundry to make out a healthy grocery list.
We have to give ourselves permission to allow a little time during each day for ourselves. It's not only ok to take care of yourself first but necessary. Take some time to read this Spark article and don't forget to earn your Spark Points for it www.sparkpeople.com/resource/wellnes s_ articles.asp?id=1657
Taking it outdoors!! Just so great to walk/run whatever out there. Feeling good!! me meeting my new (temp) neighbors. They actually smile back. Now that's a big improvement for the reputation city folk out here have acquired.
Be comforted in this fact: The ache in your heart and the confusion in your soul means you are still aive, still human and STILL open to the beauty of this world~Harding~

the warmth of the sun motivates me, and seeing the scales show a drop in weight.
