I set up a list of things to do on SparkPeople and mark them off each day as I do them so I don't forget anything. I put them on my daily to-do list. Now I always remember to post at least 1 message and huddle on each team. I also have one of my other goals to be post on message boards 1 time per team so that is tracked daily.

I set my ticker to my highest weight of 210 lbs because it gets upset and doesn't want to save when I gain weight instead of lose.
