My goals are simple...

Continue losing weight and sticking with WW...I don't have a number in mind but by the end of 2012 I would like to be really close to my goal weight if not there.

To not let tax season slide me away from my health goals and my focus on ME.

To get back to running.

1. Drop 20 pounds
2. Cardio 3 times a week
3. Strength training 3 times a week
4. Once I reach my goal weight, maintain and never go back to being in the "process" of losing weight again

My goals for 2012:

Run 25-30 miles a week emoticon
and
do the P90X program in it's entirety emoticon

4/15/12 Platte River half marathon - Done
5/4/12 Greenland 50K - Done
7/29/12 Loveland Little Sprint Triathlon - Done
9/3/12 (54th birthday) - American Discovery Trail marathon
11/4/12 NYC marathon
12/1/12 Rock Canyon Half marathon

My goals are to:
1. Lose 20 lbs of fat within the next three months.
2. Consistently eat healthy meals every day.
3. Complete six workouts per week.
4. Journal every day. Even the off days.

Take control of my eating habit and get back to eating clean. I ordered me a juicer and will start juicing my fruits and veggies 1-2 meals a day. Hopefully it'll help me to drop this excess weight and fat.
